much improved and better quality than those they replaced from the same manufacturer 15 years ago; they still have swivel bearings that will rust but if they last only 10 years, for the price, I'll be happy at that.

Lovely an comfortable seat however the vinyl is very soft and the beading ripped within 3 days on the boat and I would say they would last a very shot time. Removed from boat after 3 days
