This is great for anyone who likes to make french fries, either the old-fashioned way in a fryer or in an Air Fryer, and is tired of trying to cut potatoes into even fry shapes. I tried a manual cutter, which was very nice and well made, but I did not have the strength for it so I returned it. This electric one was only about $20 more and Iโm glad I decided to get it. It is so easy to use and amazingly fast. Wash your potatoes, peel or leave the peel on, put in the hopper, press the button, and in a few seconds you have a whole lotta perfectly cut fries. It comes assembled and changing blades is really easy. I only wish it came with a 1/4โ cutting plate for shoe strings. But it is great as it is. You can also cut other semi-hard veggies to create even carrot, cucumber, and zucchini sticks. It even helps evenly dice onions!
