I bought this product for my wife and she had some severe cramps and headaches. This medication not only relieved both symptoms but helped her managed her weight. It reduced some of the extra cravings she had. Her goal was to loose weight and was able to improve her nutrition. The medication helped ease the pain and food cravings were not as severe. Midol Complete is a lifesaver! This product provides excellent relief for menstrual symptoms. It effectively helps with cramps, headaches, and bloating all at once. I appreciate that it's a complete formula addressing multiple symptoms rather than just one. The caplets are easy to swallow and work relatively quickly. The 40 count bottle is a great size and lasts a good while. I've tried other menstrual pain relief products but Midol Complete works best for me. It allows me to go about my day without being slowed down by discomfort. The relief lasts for several hours. I always keep this in my medicine cabinet. Highly recommend for effective menstrual symptom relief!

Makes you and your day bearable
Works in about 30-45 minutes and really relieves cramps, backache and bloating. Caffeine is an added bonus except at bedtime.

I usually have really bad pain but this product is strong and gentle at the same time. You only need a few so it lasts a couple months. It keeps you energized throughout the day and makes you more productive. I will recommend these for any age. The bottle is also small enough to carry around.

A great helpful product for women
