What is the height of the bag without the tail?

It’s not a big bag but perfect for 3-4 yr old don’t know size but will fit in middle of back and hold a couple toys and a book or so

Do the straps have a chest clip?

In order to prevent falling off when the child is using, each backpack has a chest buckle.

Can a folder fit inside?

No it is too small to fit a folder. It is about the height of a 20oz Dasani water bottle with about an inch to spare and the width is about the size of an adult man's hand (palm to fingertip)

There isn’t a tag on the backpack so I don’t know. I do know my 2 year old son loves it and it is really cute
