is it worth the coin? i already have milani make it last and im considering to upgrade

Is Milani a good setting spray or urban decay vitamin c one?

Yes, our products are 100% authentic.

I need my package or refund my money back as soon as possible

I don't know if I am the person for the job. I, in fact, ordered these really cute little ornamental Christmas trees in two separate orders from Amazon and never got my money back even though I never received them, so I doubt that I would be helpful. Thank you though.

Can I use this for eyebrows and mascara?

Yes, I do. But it isn't going to "glue" eyebrows in place the way that an eyebrow gel would. I spray over my mascara.
