Rec'd wrong color and no instructions.

Ordered clear and received smoke. The actual case is clear, however the rubberized outer portion is smoke color. There were no instruction and had a hard time getting the case apart to use put the phone in. The case itself appears to be of good quality, however pretty frustrated overall.

Hard to install buttons are hard to push

So I love this case I just got it in today kinda a pain in the ass to install and the buttons are super hard to use. So far that’s the only issues I have with it. But then again I haven’t dropped it yet.
