There is literally every vitamin you can think of in here and more, which is why the cost of this bottle is more than you might expect to pay for the usual run of the mill multi vitamins. The brand from the research I've done is a good quality manufacturer and I'm happy that I can trust the label. Hard to say the effect these things have but I feel great after changing my previous brand to this one if that is a sign to go by. Happy to recommend.

I’ve been taking this supplement for a few days now, so still early days, but I wanted to share some initial thoughts – especially since I train hard (intensive boxing 5 days a week) and I’m always on the lookout for a multi that can support recovery, energy and general health. First off, the ingredient list is actually really decent. You’re getting a good range of the B vitamins, which I’ve always found important for energy metabolism – especially B6 and B12, both of which are dosed well here. B6 is at 143% of NRV, which is solid if you’re physically active. Magnesium and calcium are on the lower side (15% NRV each), which is probably the only letdown considering how much I sweat and rely on those for recovery and muscle function. But to be fair, I get a fair bit from food anyway, and it’s not something I rely solely on a multi for. Zinc is at 21% NRV – again, could be higher for someone training regularly, but it’s there and helps with immune support and testosterone regulation. I like that they’ve included some extras that you don’t always find in other multis – things like Cordyceps and Reishi mushroom powder, which have been used for energy, endurance, and immune support. Whether the dose is high enough to make a massive difference, I’m not sure yet, but I like that it’s included. You’re also getting CoQ10, L-Methionine, and Alpha Lipoic Acid – all of which play a role in cellular energy production and recovery. Small amounts, but combined with everything else, it’s a good sign they’ve put some thought into it. Capsules are easy to take, no aftertaste, and they sit well even first thing in the morning. No stomach upset, which is a big plus for me. It’s too early to say if I feel noticeably different, but I like the approach – food-grown, no rubbish added, and a clean formula that doesn’t overload you with mega-doses for the sake of it. If I notice changes in energy or recovery after a month or so, I’ll definitely stick with it. Right now, it's a solid 4 stars from me.

If you have a sensitive digestive system, it may be worth trying a smaller pack first before committing to a subscription.

The supplement contains a good comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals and mushroom powders. They are described as formulated using only naturally sourced, food grown ingredients. As I am always looking out for the cleanest supplements and this fits the bill nicely so a plus for the ingredients list. The recommended dose is two capsules per day, taken with or without food. They are not too large and I found them easy to swallow. The taste is neutral and I didn't experience any adverse effects from taking them. I found them to be gentle on my digestive system. Another big plus is the fact that if you find difficulty in taking capsules these can be opened and the contents added into a drink or meal. They also have a long best before date of almost three years. Overall I think that this is a very high quality product and I am extremely pleased with it.

This product by Wild Nutrition is designed to be taken based on 2 capsules per day, which works out around £1.20 per day based on current pricing. It has a comprehensive set of ingredients with pretty good levels of each, but it's recommended to do your research first. I've been taking this for over a week with no issues, nor have I noticed any major benefits, although I wouldn't expect anything drastic to happen other than subtle benefits that may go unnoticed. Would I order more? These are a little too expensive for me, but others may feel they are worth it based on the quality and set of ingredients.
