This is a very nice, well-made product. It is soft and flexible yet sturdy. When it arrived, it was a bit wrinkled, bent, and mis-shaped because it had been folded for delivery. I contacted the seller about this who provided several useful tips on how to restore its proper shape. I let it sit for a day unfolded, then stuffed it with rolled up towels to push it back into roundness. It now looks just like the pictures on Amazon. It was also suggested to iron out the wrinkles, but I didn't have to go to that step. That's good because I don't like to iron!! I'll be using this basket to ferry clean, folded items from the laundry to the closet, but it is also quite appropriate for a child's room as it has no hard, sharp edges.
