Oil based tape in removal!
I've been using alcohol based tape in remover and this is my first time with oil based tape in remover. The alcohol based works well but it dry my hair out so much it does not feel soft so I got this and it does not dry my hair out and it makes my hair very soft after removing tape in hair and the removal process was breeze to do with zero damage and no hair falling out too! I will keep using oil based tape in remover from now and on!

It does remove the tape ends, but the glue is still left on the hair
It works if you let it sit for a minute. The tape pens slide off the hair strands, but there are still residue left on actual hair.

Made things so much worse—would not recommend
Honestly, I’m not sure what this remover oil was supposed to do, but it definitely didn’t work the way I expected. Instead of cleanly breaking down the adhesive on my tape-in extensions, it turned the glue into a sticky, slimy mess. Yes, it broke down the adhesive—but it basically melted it around my hair, making it way harder to remove. It took me nearly a month to fully get all the residue out, and it made the removal process way more stressful and damaging than it needed to be. I’ve used other removers that worked much better. This one caused way more problems than it solved. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone trying to safely remove their extensions.

It’s good and bad
Three stars because it does remove tape in adhesive but it takes FOREVER as well as multiple applications to finally release. I do love how gentle it is on my hair and how easy it is to rinse out though. I purchased the version without a scent, it’s not very pleasant.

Cut my extension removal process time significantly!
WOW. Ive been wearing tape in extensions for about 3 years now and have always used removers that are alcohol based, or ive just used rubbing alcohol. always had issues with leftover glue in my hair, or it not getting the tapes out quick enough. I used GOO GOO hair extensions and love them so thought to try this glue out, not only did it cut my removal process time by 80%, it left no residue left in my hair. I will never try a different remover now. this remover is oil based and i think the oil helps a lot. I am forever a GOO GOO girly.

Fab stuff. Does the job perfectly. I have previously been using a spray in alcohol based tape and wig glue remover, which dried out my hair so badly that it was snapping off. This does the opposite. Left my hair soft and clear of residue, and it worked really quickly! Full head of tapes out in less than 30 minutes. Will 100% be buying again.

Excellent product! Helped remove my extensions with no trouble. Only problem is the needle broke while I tried to pry the tapes open. It still worked. It seems like a small bottle but only a small amount is required. This will now be my go to! Highly recommended
