No, not for domestic cooking like frying because this can be used only as salad dressing or you can add after cooking as additional oil on top in dishes like pasta etc, evoo easily and fast vaporized if get more hit.

Had bought 3yrs back so don't clearly remember but I think 2yrs from manufacturing date
