It is tough and good it feel like it is smaller then my previous yoga belt but it Do it's job.

Fairly good product to tie yourself during Tough Yogic postures where you need to hold. One has to learn by practice how to interlock this Yoga Belt during usage. 8 feet is a little short for a healthy person like me. 10 feet would have been better.
