The trick with these is, don't bury them deep. At first I put them under quite a bit of soil, and they sort of disappeared under the grass, so I had to dig them up again and put them in nice and shallow. Now they work brilliantly. They have been in at least 6 months on a piece of grass that gets constant wear and the grass is still perfect, even in the depth of winter. Absolutely great product.

Very dissapointing they have sunk into the ground out of view and it's a mudbath again and they are only being walked on
