Great illustrations and lesson plans

great children's ministry resource
This is FULL of great resources and I LOVE that it has outlines for 54 Bible Lessons. You could take children through the Bible in a year with these lessons. I know a pastor who uses this Bible for his preaching Bible. Also, a international class Bible teacher who uses this Bible for teaching his class.The middle section actually has notes for children's ministry teacher training - you can use for your personal training or for training a group of teachers in your church.

This has many helps in it for teaching children and conducting training for children's leaders. Every children's leader should have one and use it.

WONDERFUL Tool
I work in Awana and am a Children's Ministry Co-Leader. I was super excited to finally get this Bible. It has wonderful lessons throughout the Bible which all point and Invitation for the kids to come to Christ. Even the stories that wouldn't normally be seen as ones that have a Gospel Message, the lesson writers bring it about to Christ. The pronunciation pages in the back and in the margins of the Bible are awesome !! It's so nice to be able to say the names properly instead of guessing. There are many little fun extras throughout this Bible that help teachers be able to teach on a deeper level and be able to explain to kids why certain things are in the Bible. I am seeing the Bible in a whole new understanding light which is great since I have been a Christian for 32 years. It makes it easy to explain and teach from the little ones to the bigger kids as well. Almost every page is packed with things to enhance your teaching and to guide the kids to a deeper understanding of God's word. This is worth every penny you will spend to buy it. It is one of the best investments I have made.
