How much length does this add to the rack (which is 45" on its own)?

Hello, Its going to add about 18" to the back of the rack. For the best customer service be sure to purchase from Fitness Emporium.

does it come with a weight stack, or is available with the weight stack, can the weight stack be added on later?

It does not come with a weight stack. I am unsure if there is a model available with a weight stack. I would check the manufacturer website to confirm.

How much height does this add to the cage?

There is no added height. The existing bars of the cage is higher. If I could add a pic to this response I would.

Does the job and great buy for the price.

I use this with my bod-solid rack. Easy to install, performed by myself. They should have include the adapter for your standard Olympic plates; I just used my Ironmaster plates with this. You do need to add lubricant to the square tube where the plates slide up and down on, otherwise you will get some drag resistant. I just added some lithium lubricant. For the price (a little over $100) you can't complain and it is built solid. Packaging was great and instruction were a no-brainer. I'm glad I stuck with this brand.
