Perfect size for what I needed it for. Ideal for kitchen use (tea towels, hand towel) but not suitable for bathrooms. The three stars are down to the how fiddly it is to put up.

No stars really but it makes you tick 1 at least!!!as it looked like it was either unfinished or used-There was rust and what looked like solder not cleaned up and polished-

Great for tea towls but no way could it be used for bathroom towls as what I believed it was for.... very disappointed
