Can I use it for other foods than baking? Like fries, potatoes, rolls, veggies etc?

Yes you can! I used it for spiced cauliflower and it didn’t leave any taint whatsoever. Used it for cookies the next day with no problems.

Can you bake bread on these Mats, notebaly bake Ciabatta bread dough which is quite wet ?

We tried this last week with Ciabatta and it worked very successfully. The bread came off of the mat with no sticking.

Can I use these to place on top of food when cooking- as a replacement to tin foil?

Not really as they aren't as thin or flexible as foil. Having said that they are extremely useful to keep baking sheets clean and no need to oil them before baking food on them.
