ALMOST PERFECT! Long hair flaw *read*
As a fairly new roborock customer I have to start off by saying I’m VERY IMPRESSED! The customer service has been top tier and I have so many positive things to say about the abilities of this miracle vacuum. So let’s get down to the details. This vacuum has performed amazingly and I’m so in love with the mapping and the numerous features offered. I have a mostly hardwood flooring home with a few area rugs. This baby is able to mop and vacuum my house without missing a beat. It meticulously mapped my home fairly easily and also adjusts to moved furniture such as chairs on a whim. The obstacle avoidance is a life saver with my dogs always dragging toys around and leaving them in random places. My previous vacuums would suck up and get stuck on the toys and would render them useless. I love that I can just ask rocky to clean my house while I’m away at work and I come home to a hair free vacuumed and mopped home. This thing keeps up with my 3 shedding dogs and one cat EASILY. For reference I have a Siberian Husky, German Shepherd and Australian Shepherd, all known for their shedding! However it does have a flaw for my home in particular, unfortunately. MY long hair tends to become tangled in the roller and causes the vacuum to be unable to finish its tasks without assistance. I have to manually remove my hair wrapped on the roller before it can continue. The process of removing the hair is very easy and only takes a moment, it is easy to remove the roller clean the hair and send rocky back on his way, however it is very frequent that I’m having to do this. (About every other cleaning of my full house) Because of this ONE flaw I’ve decided this particular vacuum isn’t for me unfortunately. Simply because it is inconvenient to have it stop and need assistance especially since I like to run this remotely when I am not home. BUT after much research I’ve looked into another roborock model that has supposedly corrected this long hair tangle issue with a different roller set up that I will be promptly purchasing! This robot has been nothing but amazing, I can harp on and on about the positives of this vacuum but I wanted to ensure to point out the only flaw I’ve found. My mother and grandmother both have purchased roborock vacuums after my recommendation of how impressed I was and they have ZERO complaints. This is 100% worth the money and has made maintaining my home between cleanings so much easier. I cannot say enough good things!

The ultimate robot vacuum and mop combo!
Best purchase ever! I wanted a robot vacuum and mop combo that was smart, powerful, and easy to use, and the Roborock Qrevo MaxV did not disappoint. I loved it so much that I bought two: one for downstairs and one for upstairs. Both units perform amazing and keep my home free of dog hair, human hair, and dust. They handle tile floors and area rugs with ease, intelligently detecting and switching between surfaces. The mapping feature identifies where every rug and tile section is. I especially love the remote control and live camera view, which let me check in and monitor cleaning progress from anywhere. The dock system is equally impressive, it washes and dries the mop pads automatically, empties the dustbin, and keeps everything ready for the next run. The dust bag lasts a long time, minimizing maintenance and making it hands-free. App is great and easy to use from running scheduled cleanings to troubleshooting any issues. Bonus - it’s not super noisy I barely notice it running. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed! •Smart mapping that knows rugs vs hard floors •Powerful suction for pet hair, dust, and debris •Automatic mop washing and drying at the dock •Self-emptying dustbin with long-lasting bag •Remote control via app with live camera view •Effective on both tile and area rugs •Reliable, easy to use, and worth the investment

Great value with many high end features!
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and about 2,200 square feet of hardwood floors. Between pet hair, litter tracking, and constant paw prints, keeping the floors clean used to feel like a full-time job. I previously owned a iRobot vac, and while it was decent, the brush would clog constantly with pet hair. I was always stopping to clean it out. This robot has completely changed that experience. It has exceeded expectations in every way. The extended mop head feature is incredible. It actually reaches edges and corners instead of leaving that frustrating strip along baseboards. That alone sets it apart. The clean and dirty water tank system is another major upgrade. You can control how often it washes the mop pads during a cycle, so it is not just spreading dirty water around. The floors genuinely look freshly cleaned when it is done. Navigation is impressive. It moves around dining chairs, pet beds, and everyday obstacles without issue. It automatically detects carpets and adjusts accordingly. The app is intuitive and gives full control over cleaning intensity, room prioritization, and scheduling. I can set deeper cleans in high-traffic areas and lighter maintenance passes elsewhere. It handles our full 2,200 square feet without needing constant intervention, and with four pets in the house, that is saying something. I run it daily, and I would not switch back to any other brand. It has been worth every dollar.

So far so good! Keeps the floors shining.
TLDR: Great vacuum performance, plenty of useful features, solid maintenance mopping, better value than current S series (in my opinion, anyway). -------------------- Given that the Q Revo MaxV is ~$400 - 500 less than the comparable, top-tier "S" model (at least when I purchased it), the value proposition was much higher, especially considering the online consensus that the spinning pads were slightly better for tile floors (of which we have a lot on the level that the vacuum resides). It's a night and day difference: we upgraded from an old, heavily used S6 (non-pure). The carpets definitely seem more thoroughly vacuumed with the increased suction. It still isn't perfect, per se, but leaves much less residue in places that we'd typically find bits of lint or string stuck to the carpet fibers. -------------------- As for the mop, I'm honestly pretty impressed: I add about a cap and a half of the Roborock OMO cleaner to a full water tank, and the floors have definitely gotten shinier over the week that we've had it. To clarify, this is NOT a deep scrub - it will do a pretty good job with fresh stains and some "gritty" messes (i.e mud and dirt), but nothing that's been left to set on the floor. My recommendation would be to give bare floors a once over with a Swiffer to get anything really set in, and then have the vac run a few times a week. Setting it to mop on a schedule is the biggest value add, given that it will significantly cut down on the number of times we'll need to give the floor a good scrubbing. Your floors could be just as clean with a manual vacuum and mop, but the point is that nobody REALLY wants to vacuum and mop all of their floors 3-4 times a week, especially after a long day. This does all the maintenance work for you, so as long as you're not spilling entire jars of tomato sauce on the daily, everything will have the appearance of being freshly vacuumed and mopped with very little effort. You'll need to pop the bottom tray off the dock and rinse it once every 2-3 weeks (maybe more frequently if your floors are exceptionally dirty), and most likely you'll end up needing to fill / empty the water tanks at least once a week if you're using it as frequently as I am - all of that said, that's a 5-minute task, so it's certainly not any major headache keeping the robot running smoothly.

Do not purchase!
I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of this product and the company’s response to a clearly known issue. After less than a year and a half, my $1,000+ machine completely stopped working and now displays an “internal error.” After researching the issue, I discovered that many other customers have experienced the exact same problem. The company even publishes instructions on how to fix this specific error, which strongly suggests it is a known and recurring defect. Despite this, customer support informed me that because the product is technically out of warranty, I am responsible for paying out of pocket for the repair. That response is unacceptable for a product at this price point that failed in under two years — especially when the issue appears to be widespread. When a company is aware of a recurring defect, it should stand behind its product and support its customers, regardless of whether the warranty period has just expired. Expecting customers to pay to repair a known product flaw reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Stay away!

Makes Cleaning So Much Easier — I Love This Thing
I honestly didn’t think a robot vacuum and mop could make this big of a difference, but the Roborock Qrevo MaxV has been amazing. The biggest thing for me is how easy everything is. Refilling the clean water, emptying the dirty water, cleaning the robot, it all takes almost no effort. They made everything very user-friendly, which I appreciate. The app is also a huge plus. I can set up the schedule exactly how I want it, choose which rooms need cleaning, and decide if I want it to vacuum, mop, or do both. It’s really nice being able to control everything from my phone without having to chase the robot around. As for the cleaning itself, it does a great job picking up dust and crumbs, and the mopping actually leaves my floors looking noticeably cleaner. I love that it lifts the mop pads when it gets near carpet so nothing gets soaked. Little touches like that make it feel like a smarter machine, not just a basic robot. What I like most is that this thing has seriously cut down the amount of work I have to do. I just let it run, and my floors look good without me having to spend half a day cleaning. It’s one of those purchases where you immediately feel like it was worth it. If you want something that actually saves you time and keeps your floors looking clean with barely any effort, I’d definitely recommend it.

Doesnt work as expected, very low build quality
Cant connect to wifi after a whole day of trying. The device is absolutely useless. Shocking for a product at this price point. STAY AWAY. ————— UPDATE: Roborock support reached out after my initial post, providing the following troubleshooting guidelines, “ Our devices don't support 5GHZ wifi. If your set-up steps are correct but it's still not connecting, try methods below: 1. Firstly, if your phone's cellular network or VPN is enabled, please disable them and try again. 2. Please go to google play or app store to check if your Roborock app is latest. If not, please upgrade it to latest one and try to connect wifi again. 3. Make sure the password of your wifi you've input is correct. 4. Enable location permission for the app. 5. If you're using IOS 14 or later systems, please enable local network for the app. See attached picture. 6. Pay more attention to the select wifi step. See attached picture "select your home wifi". 7. If there are special characters like !@#$ in your wifi name or password, it's suggested to remove them in the router settings. 8. The robot doesn't support WEP encryption mode. If your wifi is WEP, change it to WPA or WPA2. 9. If you understand the router's setting very well, try to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 in the router's settings page. 10. Reboot your device and router and try again. 11. Check if your router's IP address is 192.168.8.1. If yes, please change it to other IPs like 192.168.9.1 and try again. If none of those solves the issue, please download another app called Mihome to try the connection one more time.” Therefore troubleshooting requires making changes to your existing network and privacy (location) settings to accommodate the device, simply to connect it to wifi, unlike many other cheaper devices I have (old and new). ——— Update, 1 year later: I have had the machine for over a year now and have had to replace multiple non-consumable parts (front and main wheels, plastic covers, etc.), despite taking decent care of it. Had one part breaking after the other. When it works, it does a ok job, but it has a very low build quality at this price point. Not worth it.
