Easy to take and an excellent supplement for the body! I was hesitant to try bee bread due to sensitivity to strong odors, but this brand exceeded my expectations. Sleeping Better and More Energized
After learning about the health benefits of bee bread, I decided to try the New Time brand. It appears to be a high-quality product. I initially bought it for overall health, but I noticed unexpected benefits: I’m sleeping better and have more energy. Over the past two weeks, I’ve been waking up an hour earlier, getting only 6 hours of sleep instead of my usual 7, and I feel better than when I was sleeping more. I didn’t expect to see any difference in my sleep or energy levels, so I’m pleasantly surprised. Hopefully, my body is reaping the benefits as well.
