Cartridge unreadable
My first order the ink was all over the box, it exploded at some point but the weird part is it came in a sandwich plastic bag as if they new it would happen. on top of that the replacement order will not work, my printer will not read the ink cartridge, Waste of money!

ordered 2 in march 2019, just now need them, and neither work. so much for a being prepared
I would like to return these items but I don't see an option to make a return. I purchased them in march/april 2019 so perhaps too much time has lapsed. My current in cart is just now needing to be replace and since I have 2 in the box, at least one will work, right? WRONG. neither work. printer says "something wrong with cart, remove and reinstall." did remove and reinstall several times on both cartridges but to no avail. They are just bad. extremely sorry I purchased from this company.

Worthless and complete waste of money
These were purchased to use in a HP 6968 and upon needing them the printer will not accept them.Printer states "incorrectly inserted cartridge" even though they are seated correctly.2 cartridges purchased both totally worthless!

Poor cartridge
The printer couldn’t read the ink cartridge and the ink was leaking out of the cartridge!! This is very poor item !! I advice everyone not to buy from this company!!! Buyer beware of this company and the items they sell

2nd cartridge simply won't work
first cartridge worked fine, second cartridge is causing my printer to error out, keeps telling me the cartridge is not installed correctly when it is, unable to use it

Not recognizing by the printer
Do not buy these ink cartridges they do not work in a Hewlett-Packard Officejet printer.
