For the record i am A positive blood type ,hypersensitive and usually what works for everyone else rarely works for me. So far this along with bromelain works very nicely .I cannot eat yoghurt and am eating very limited rotation of foods due to chronic illness and this product has been very good for my lifestyle and needs. i have yet to find something better . I keep it refrigerated . So this is a yes for those less hearty souls that cant follow the crowd.
