Terrible. For every reel that worked there was one that was defected. Contacted company with piss poor response. Customer satisfaction isn’t their forte! I cannot return Bc I’ve sold badge reels and they fell apart on my customer on first wear. I’ve lost ALOT more money in sales since I’ve has to refund my customers and the company wants nothing to do with replying to my request for a refund! DO NOT BUY!

Out of the 100 about 6 of them could not be used. 3 had no snap to hold the badge. 2 of them had part of the plastic missing that held the badge holder to the reel. 1 when it was pulled out would not retract. But the rest worked just fine.

These badge reels are horrible. Out of 100, 50 do not work properly. The strings are getting stuck after 1 pull or they won't snap. Do not buy!

For the most part this is a good deal burn was a little unsatisfied with the plastic pieces being all bent so I went through and buttoned them all so they will fix also was 2 short of 100 so I got 98 yes I counted about 5 times to make sure I mean when they say your getting 100 of them I expected 100

I Like that they sell them in large amounts but half of them either got stuck and don’t retract right or break.

Horrible. Gave as gifts. Fell apart on first use. Highly disappointed.
