Westland Giftware Snoopy Hugging Woodstock Ceramic Cookie Jar, 10.75-Inch

This is a large Snoopy cookie jar that would make an excellent gift for a Snoopy fan. The jar is a little awkward to open, as you have to lift Snoopy's head, but it is a great decorative piece. This holds two dozen cookies with ample space for more.

I ordered this for my Mothers Birthday about 3 weeks ahead. I was a little concerned considering this was my first purchase as something that could break very easily. I was however very happy when the package came before the estimated time and in pristine condition! The packaging could have been a little more stable however, there was no damage done to the box or the item itself so overall, it was a good buy.

While this is a really cute Cookie Jar the head (lid) is very big and it is heavy and awkward to use. I bought it for my 95 year old father who has an extensive Snoopy collection and while he likes it he cannot actually use it. Same for the Grandkids. You need to be very careful to get the head to sit on the base correctly. I'm afraid with much use it would chip or break.

Really adorable sitting in the kitchen. Becomes the focal point of the room. Took a bit to figure out how the head sits on the body - it's offset - but once discovered, it fits fine.

I bought this for a friend who loves Snoopy. Loved it! The only thing I didn't like is that you can only put cookies in the bottom section (below Snoopy's collar) so the cookie jar (functionally) doesn't hold as much as you would think.

Very quite cookie jar and a usuable size. Downside is that the glaze seems to chip easily. I still enjoy the whimsy of it in my kitchen.
