Cheap Frame and Poor Customer Service
I ordered a custom basketball whiteboard. The frame had a split in it right where the Velcro pen goes. They told me that’s where the frame meets and it’s supposed to come like that. But the frame actually doesn’t even meet. There is a gap. They won’t give me a new frame cause they all look like. So just know, this is what you’re getting if you order one.
