iOS Development with Swift

This book is great for learning how to build apps with Swift. I'd say it's a better fit if you have some programming experience but are new to iOS development / Swift (vs being for beginners to programming). Craig is an excellent writer and the descriptions are clear and effective.

I wish I had this when I started! If you want to learn how to write an iOS app from beginning to end, this is the book. The author explains things very well, anticipating my questions as I worked through it.

A newer edition is required to fix some of the errors; that said the publishers website does list the errors and changes.

Good and clear book. But not very deep.
