Rejuvenation Therapeutics Resveratrol - Healthy Aging (60 Vegan Capsules)

I have been taking resveratrol supplements for years, so I can't speak to a baseline "before/after" experience regarding this particular product. That being said, however; the trans-resveratrol in this capsule is considered the most effective form of this supplement. Clinical evidence from numerous trials has established the effectiveness of this supplement, but it is not regulated by the FDA, so I urge you to do your research before ordering. The Linus Pauling Institute offers an excellent online resource for information concerning resveratrol supplementation. The product appears to be well made. I find the capsules small enough to be easily swallowed. The price is in line with other quality trans-resveratrol products. The label states that 2 capsules should be taken daily for a 250mg dose, but the label also accurately states that no recommended daily dose has been established. Most research shows daily dosage levels from 50mg to 1,000mg have been studied. I err on the side of caution, and take 1 capsule per day. Also - be aware that resveratrol is derived from natural sources, including red grape skins and Japanese Knotweed. Although one of the photos in the listing for this product shows grapes, it is a Japanese Knotweed sourced supplement.

Do to its affordable price for the bottle and it’s very detailed wording. It is a great introductory product to get into the healthy aging supplements.

So far, so good! I haven’t noticed any side effects or strange interactions with other supplements.
