Bought two of these light fittings one for our hallway and one for landing. Good quality item, quite heavy frame as are the glass shades. When in operation the faceted shades throw shapes on to the walls and ceiling so some buyers may not like this effect. Also you can see the bulbs through the glass which I don't particularly like; but it's a small gripe. I don't have a large hallway but I would consider the fitting to be fairly small. However, it fits flush to the ceiling as stated so no heads are knocked unless you are of giant proportions.! On the plus side it would look equally good in a bedroom or over dining table.

This light is beautiful. It gives out a very bright light and looks very classy. Looks much more expensive than it was. Ticks all boxes.
