Dr Gretchen Hawley is so clear about the functional aspects of strength and balance training required by MS patients. Far superior to generic physiotherapy which doesn't Target the weaknesses caused by MS. Her simple to follow and great bang for the buck exercises are life changing! A must read book for everybody dealing with MS.
