do i have to buy one more size than mine? or if i choose my correct size gonna fit well?

I am a size six. I ordered a six (39) and they fit perfectly. They are extremely comfortable.

how high would you say the wedge is?

Mine are around 2inch but they do push down over time. I have had two pairs so far and will probably buy more next year ready for winter

Is the angle from front to back fairly steep or is it like a wedge?

It’s like a wedge and they are so comfortable
