1. Good product for the price - bargain really2. Ideal if you are listening to Pop, Rock or R&B3. Found it unsuitable for Classical music, heavier Rock, Jazz and particularly Metal does not sound good at all4. Fits very nicely in ear, does not fall of, plenty of different buds packed with it5. Reasonable bass for earbud but finding high hatch and crash cymbal sounds sharp, unpleasantPersonally would give it 2.5 stars but the price gives it an extra star and then another 0.5 if you are using it for Pop, Rock, it actually sounds good.

I like them a lot, one of very few that fits me properly and really isolates outside noise (paramount feature for me). 2 problems with them: a) the rubber ear piece became loose quite quickly and on number of occasions got stuck in my ear when I took to earphones off. b) right side stopped working after few months. I suppose at this price it is a disposable item after all.

After 2 years of shopping on Amazon, this purchase is my favourite. Ziofen seems to excel at everything at a price that just would not suggest it (when I bought mine they were £15).The packaging, the looks, the small details (like the selection of earbuds and the non twist cable) and of course the sound are all superb.This is what you get when someone decides to make a set of headphones without compromise.... And if you are someone who has never spent more than £25 on a pair of headphones, these will show you just how good they can be.

Appears very well put together, tough casings, thick cable, the variety of spare ear buds was unexpected. Sound is excellent, good range, clear highs and strong bass when inserted correctly.Unfortunately one side stopped working after 4 months as the cable entering the plug appears to have broken internally.I have always looked after my headphones, never pinch or pull cables so very disappointed. My usual cheap Samsung earbuds last 1-2 years so I expected more.

These are okay for listening to music and comfortable but I bought them as they had a mic and I wanted to use them for phone calls. They didn't suit this use but the customer service was exceptional and they did offer to fix it however, I chose to keep them as they are fine for music and were well priced.

The negative:The connection to the microphone came loose very early and recently the left earphone has stopped working.These earphones were great to start with but just basic usage appears to have broken them very quickly.The positive:When they both worked they sounded great and isolated noise well.The product looks great and came with a number of in ear options to find the best fit.

This is a high quality product with a good choice of ear plugs. Ibestshop were quick to replace it even after 5 months because a wire connection came loose so well done them

Sound quality is great for price. Though the ear strap just doesn't work for me (have small ears) and the bud that comes with it is meh. Doesn't feel like a perfect fit.
