It Works well
Bought this for a friend. I already have a Thera-Band Flex Bar. This one is just as good I think and a lot less in cost. If the other colors are as good as this then save some $$.

Light resistance but a nice tool to have
I’ve just been starting 1-2 lb weight exercises in PT following surgery for tendon repair in my elbow and radial tunnel release. I ordered the red which is the lightest resistance thinking I’d need to start with very little pressure. I will say it offers VERY light resistance as this gave me no difficulty at all so unless you’re seriously babying your given injury it might be worth skipping to the medium. That said, you get out what you put in with a tool like this and it’s totally possible to adjust the pressure and resistance you get as you squeeze and twist. Its flexibility allows for variation and after doing several sets I do agree the red was a good starting point for me. I especially enjoy the massage I get rolling my forearm on it across the table. Worth it for that alone IMO.

Not as strong as I expected, but it works
Working form is vital during any recovery or therapy. Being a lighter weight actually lends this device some usability for those recovering from tennis elbow or similar issues. I found just enough resistance to help me work several range-of-motion exercises with my shoulders, elbows, and wrists. I do wish that the device was a bit longer, as I would like to have these same capabilities in an overhead bilateral movement.
