Disappointed

Flowers arrived in full bloom and started wilting the very next day. Very unhappy as this was a special birthday present for my mum. I haven't seen her since March and this was supposed to be a treat for her.

A disappointing present

The flowers were sent to my daughter and were lovely when they arrived but when she got up the next morning they were dead. She has no heating on at this time of year so they weren't too warm. I was very disappointed as I thought I had found a regular florist as the one I usually use has closed.
