Excellent quality and even better customer service!
Bought this as an Xmas present (2018) and it’s been the most used in our house ever since! It’s excellent quality, really sturdy and adjusts easily that my 12 year old can do it himself.We had to contact customer services as our hoop had some corrosion from the weather and was cracking. The responded within the day and sent out a replacement hoop no problem. I don’t think I’ve ever had such good customer service, especially during the pandemic, my sons are delighted they can use the hoop again so thank you so so much!

I like the base because it’s very strong and the hoop doesn’t rip but I don’t like the back board as it’s white and I thaught it was a clear backboard
