Works when it works
Its pretty bright but you often need to snap open the battery compartment to make it light up. Other times the motion detection works and it lights on its own. Compact size is nice. Battery life is not great.

I have tried different brands of batteries and even though it is in a closet that is rarely used it does not old it's charge... frustrating.

I was not a fan of these lights personally because they are too small and don't really light up the space I needed it for in my kitchen cabinets.
