Bought this in December Went to fit it in February but found missing part . Contacted plumworld and replacement part sent asap . Fitted end of February and all was fine till beginning of July when it stopped working . Contacted them again and explained what had happened and a new replacement was sent at no charge. Amazing customer service thank you

Rubbish
Lasted just over the guarantee then died, tripping electric. Sewage water flowed backwards and my downstairs bathroom now stinks of pee. Rubbish product!

Great replacement for Sanilav at £99.97!
Our plumber was very impressed with this macerator and it took him no time at all to install. Works well, great fit and fairly quiet. Thanks Plumbworld! Sanilav macerators are now so expensive!

Does the same job as product 5 times the cost!
Replacement for a saniflo product slightly different set up so had to change pipe work a bit but was a fifth of the price so we'll worth it. Had it 12 months now and is still working fine

Good but poor plastic caused leaks
Good in principle but very difficult to seal as the inlets distort before the leak stops. Had to use silicone instant gasket on all unions to seal. Also, the non return rubber valves inside were not aligned with the inlet port s and the pressure blew out the bung which was leaking due to flash ridges under the o ring. Could have been better made. Once sealed it works well so happy at last. Took 2 weeks of fitting and removing to find and seal all leaks
