I love this tea! Works really good on me and taste delicious. My only complaint is that Amazon should improve packaging because mine came all crashed. But other than that, excellent quality

Life saver when you gotta go! Post partum has be struggling to be consistent no matter how much fiber, water or magnesium I take. I bought this in desperation. Every night I have a cup and now I go daily without pain or discomfort!! Truly a life saver. Taste great and gets the job done!

This tea works perfectly for me! I drink 1/2 to 1 cup of tea in the evening and works great the next morning (better than prunes and no bloating or discomfort. For occasional use only (not to be used daily). I use a small amount of honey and it tastes great.

Best tea for breastfeeding. Not like regular tea, and not for all people. Have special smell (dill seeds) but not bad,and working perfect- a lot of milk after drink this tea.

IT WORKS
This product definitely works! Don’t take it if you’re planning on going out the next day because it kicks in the next day! For me I took it before bed and it hit me the following day in the afternoon/evening ish. It’s a really strong product, only use it if you’re really needing to. ChatGPT also said to use once a while not often. But yeah, it works, tastes like any normal tea.

Taste is pleasant, easy to drink AND it got my system movin! First cup had me moving within 14 hours Second cup had me at about 12.5 hours I will never take miralax and this will be my go to. Anti depressants really screw ya up and this helps keep your bm’s goin!! 5 stars!!

The name, "Smooth M_O_V_E " is spot on and had me running to the potty! Almost didn't make it, it was touch and GO! This is the most effective bowel cleaning I've EVER experienced! It' did a marvelous job! I will continue to use this because it does what it says it does and it made me much more comfortable! I used to sit on the potty for numerous times and for hours to get not even half of the results this product offers. As "Mikey says. "Try it, you'll like it"!

Si eres muy sensible a la hierba senna no lo dejes 15 minutos como indica, déjalo un poco menos. El sabor es muy agradable y los resultados increíbles.
