This iberico salami bellota is made from legs and shoulders of true iberico pata negra pork bred on acorn. It is seasoned with garlic, and sea salt. It is low in fat. Salami is very popular in Spain as part of a traditional tapas course. This controled Origin Label cured iberian salami from Guijuelo (Salamanca) has a delicate and rich taste. The Iberico sdalami of Mabel come from a pig breeding family business from Guijelo ( near Salamanca). They are famous for the quality if their home made pata negra iberian ham.
