(1) The roll top does not seal well unless the pack is full. You can only roll it a few times because of the placement of the handle, so there is no real adjustment for the volume of the bag. The roll top does not clip to itself like many dry bags, but down to the sides of the pack; this looks nice but it relies on pressure from the contents of the bag to keep the roll tight. (This cinch straps do not help here.) Since I would want to be able to use this pack half full and still keep the contents dry this does not work for me. (2) This otherwise well featured pack lacks sternum and waist straps to keep it stable and allow full and comfortable use of the arms. Review: Large and waterproof! - This bag is amazing! I got it to float the river with and everything in it survived! (Food, speakers, battery packs, clothes).its really comfortable as a backpack too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
