Diet plate and bowl is a good idea if you are not sure about portion size.
The product is only as good as an individuals will to succeed. The quality of the material and size of the products are good, but I didn't like the differentiation of colour between the male and female plate size, because it was too subtle, it would have been better in different a colour.
