After I tested, this is really true, so I don't have to worry about what I'm going to do if this thermometer accidently falling into the water. Of course, I don’t immerse this into the water for a minutes. After all, this behavior is too foolish. Also, the backlit is useful, even thought in the night, I can read the readout clearly. I love this product.

Waterproof

Great digital meat thermometer
This is a great meat thermometer at a great price. And this is my second one ,I have a original one, but it was broke. I want this thermometer because I like cooking. This item was exceeded my expectations, to my surprise, the respond time is terribly fast and the error range is small. When I was trying a new dishes, the function of MAX/MIN helps me a lot, which I can know what the best time of the food. I’ve used this to check the doneness of food I have been cooking, as described, the food thermometer can be used for many food, such as meat, candy, steak, grilling etc. And my favorite point is that I can magnet this meat thermometer in the refrigerator or hanging in the kitchen. All in all, I really like this thermometer, very useful for cooking. Great digital meat thermometer and give me healthier life.
