Does this come assembled?

Almost, the top is upside down so the top maze is protected inside the cube for transit, you just have to turn it over and tighten the screws. It's very easy. It's a fabulous cube, well made and a toy that children keep going back to as they grow and are able to appreciate the different activities on it. My grandson loves it.

Which country is this made in?

I ordered this and it came from Germany. Very well made and worth the money.

I lost several shapes for shape sorter, where I can get replacement?

Spares are available but may come at a price. Please message Hape's facebook page with your name, email, address and details of the exact parts you require.
