I°m a male, could i wear this?

Sorry... I bought this for my wife to wear...not for me to wear...

Does it show knickers?

Depends what kind of knickers are being worn, doesn't show a thong

Suitabe for indoors only or outside too? Im size 8 should i go smaller?

No sizing is good. I would wear it on a night out but would not wear day to day.

Can I wear stockings with this skirt, would the tops show

Yes, you can wear stockings, the tops will show slightly as you move your legs, especially when sitting. Enjoy!

... of this mini skirt is well made and feels like good fabric

what there is of this mini skirt is well made and feels like good fabric. It is however, very small and revealing, which is what anyone buying this will want anyway!
