What is the length of the gap between the two holes to be drilled to secure the bracket please? I am asking as I am replacing an old towel ring.

Don’t know but you can always fill the old holes if necessary

How do you mount this on a concrete wall?

Drill wall & secure base plate & attach holder plate with hidden screw underneath.
