Need to scoop twice a day for sure
Bit smaller for a 1 yr + cat but it does it's job if you scoop the litter twice a day. Scooping it once a day makes my cat do the business somewhere else since the size of tray is small, you often need to clean it. The top white plastic makes space more congested so I removed it. And yes, there is spillage every time, my cat is an aggressive digger.
