Can this hair be dipped once braided for neat ends

Yes I dipped my ends in boiling hot water that seemed to keep the ends sealed. It has been over a week and I have had no problem.

Would you recommend ACV wash and conditioner prior to install?

Yes. It’s always good to wash and condition your hair before getting any braided style. The acv will help remove excess dirt which is beneficial for style longevity.

I have thin hair and short how many packs do i need to cover my full head widh box briads?

I used 6 total, (2-3pc packs), to do a full set of box braids on my hair. However I do have thick medium length hair. I would still suggest buying at least 2 packs for your hair, you may need 4-5 of the individual packs, if that makes since.
