My mother is 84 and likes this device. She has a rather severe slump in her back. She put on Trumentum by herself (pretty easy, considering she has limited movement) and said she felt better with the assistance it gave her.

I watched the video on youtube

This posture corrector spinal brace from trumentum fits pretty well. I was able to watch the video on YouTube and put it on by myself with no help.

One size doesn't fit all

I am a petite woman and found this item to be too big even when adjusted to the smallest size. I couldn't get it tight enough to work as designed.
