Where was the proofreader?

The typos and bad punctuation are jarring, especially the ones that leave you trying to guess what the misspelled word was supposed to be. It was still very readable and has some good information, but there is a SERIOUS inaccuracy in here about hydration where he claims the brighter the color of your urine is, the more hydrated you are-- it's actually the OPPOSITE. The author really needs to go back and revise this.
