I need a refill for 8523 2. Will this work?

I have a Cross Edge bought in 2017 pen and now use this refill instead of the Gel Ink Rollerball that it originally came with. If you go down the page you have linked to for a Selectip Pen refill you will see it shows 8523 2 as the manufacturer Part Number so I think it is used in several of their pens. Maybe try checking Amazon under "Cross selectip pens" to see if your pen come up in the search it will help you put any doubts to rest.

What lenght is the refill

It is 111mm or 4 and 3/8 inches long.
