Do these bags have the sticky/slick sidedness?

No I believe they are made from duck cloth material. They are very nice

Do these have pellets in them or are they a sand material?

It feels like a “sand” material to me.

Are they buoyant? Do they float if thrown in water?

I haven't put mine in water, however these bags are filled with sand, so I am very certain that they are not buoyant.

I purchased these bags and one split open after about a month of use. Is it possible to to order a replacement bag?
