Easy to use, very convenient.
Works great, definite difference in flavour of my coffee after cleaning. A little pricey to do it the reccommended amount but every 2 to 3 months is still acceptable without the coffee getting too bitter tasting. If you find your coffee isn't as flavorful as it used to be this might be an option for you.

Great product
Does a far superior job than vinegar. Our coffee machine vendor recommends this product and it really does work. The coffee actually tastes better when the machine is clean. Highly recommend.
