I really liked it a lot. I will purchase again. I had to return it as it had a dent in it. I did not have a problem during the return.

I filled the water with the recommended amount in the deep pan and withing 10 minutes all 3 had burn marks on the bottom. Is that normal? I followed the instructions exactly!
